Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Scenivia website (scenivia.com) and the application it hosts.

1. Purpose and acceptance
Scenivia is a SaaS platform for AI-assisted motion design.
These Terms define the conditions under which the Service is accessed and used. Browsing or using the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Conditions applicable to paid subscriptions and exports are set out in the Terms of Sale.
The Publisher may amend these Terms. For signed-in Users, the amended version applies once it has been accepted through the acceptance dialog the Service shows before use continues, so no amendment takes effect without the User seeing it and accepting it. A User who does not accept it may stop using the Service and, where a paid subscription is running, cancel it on the terms set out in the Terms of Sale.
The Publisher is identified in the Legal Notice, and the data controller in the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and capacity
The Service is reserved for persons aged 18 or over with the legal capacity to enter into a contract, or acting on behalf of a legal entity they are authorised to represent. By using the Service, the User warrants that they meet these requirements. The Service is not intended for persons under 18: the Publisher closes any account it becomes aware of that belongs to a minor, and refunds any sums paid for that account.
3. Access to the Service
Access to the website is free; the User bears their own connection and equipment costs. Since 21 September 2026, anyone who meets the eligibility requirements above may create an account without an invitation. The Publisher may temporarily suspend the creation of new accounts or reserve it for invited persons, in particular to preserve the stability of the Service or to prevent abuse. The Publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but gives no guarantee of continuous availability. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or by reason of force majeure.
4. User account
Use of the Service requires the creation of an account. The User undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep their login credentials confidential. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported without delay through the contact form at https://scenivia.com/contact.
5. Description of the Service
Through the Service, the User can:
- submit a source (a URL, screenshots, or a short written brief);
- generate an animated launch video composed automatically by the Service;
- edit the result scene by scene and preview it live;
- export the finished video as an HD MP4 file.
Videos are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Output may vary in composition, timing, and visual detail, and the User acknowledges that results are creative interpretations rather than an exact or guaranteed rendering of the source.
6. Credits and exports
Certain features consume credits according to the scale shown on the pricing page and in the interface before the action: an export costs 10 credits, and the other paid actions cost what the scale shows for them. Free tools may carry daily limits. A paid subscription determines the recurring credit allowance, at the rate the pricing page states for it, and credits can also be bought as one-time packs. The credit mechanics, prices, payment, credit validity, refunds, and the right of withdrawal are set out in the Terms of Sale.
7. User content and warranties
The User remains solely responsible for the sources they submit (URLs, images, screenshots, brand assets, text). The User represents and warrants that:
- they own or hold all necessary rights and authorisations over the submitted content;
- the content does not include identifiable persons, and in particular no minors, without their consent;
- the content is not unlawful, violent, hateful, sexual, defamatory, or contrary to human dignity;
- the content does not infringe any third-party right, including intellectual property, image, or privacy rights.
Where a third party brings a claim against the Publisher because content the User submitted breaches the warranties above, the User holds the Publisher harmless against the costs and damage that result from it. This does not cover anything attributable to the Publisher's own acts, nor a claim the Publisher settles without the User's agreement.
8. Prohibited conduct
The User must not:
- circumvent usage limits, credit rules, or anti-abuse quotas;
- access the Service by automated means (scraping, robots, scripts) without authorisation;
- extract, copy, or commercially resell previews or generated output in breach of these Terms;
- generate content that violates the law or the rights of third parties;
- interfere with the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Service;
- impersonate any person or provide false information.
9. Respect and conduct
The User undertakes to behave respectfully toward the Scenivia team, its support staff, and other users. Any insult, threat, or abusive behaviour toward the team may lead to immediate and permanent termination of the account. The Publisher assesses the seriousness of the conduct and may apply this measure without prior notice.
10. Anti-abuse measures and quotas
To prevent abuse, the Publisher may apply generation and export quotas based on account, IP address, or technical fingerprint, and may refuse or interrupt a generation without notice in the event of quota overrun or suspicious activity. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
Ownership of the Service and its components, and the applicable intellectual-property protection, are set out in the Legal Notice. Rights in the videos you generate, including any use of watermarked previews, are governed by the Terms of Sale.
12. Availability and changes to the Service
The Publisher aims to keep the Service available and may modify its features and update or change the AI models and styles used, provided the Service keeps the characteristics on which the User's commitment was based. A substantial reduction or the discontinuation of all or part of the Service is announced with reasonable advance notice, entitles the User to terminate, and gives rise to reimbursement of the unused part of any paid period and of any unspent credits bought as a one-time pack. Access may still be interrupted by maintenance, force majeure, or third-party failures.
13. Liability
The Publisher is liable only for direct, certain, and foreseeable damage, and excludes liability for indirect or intangible damage.
That limitation applies only to Users acting as professionals. Nothing in these Terms reduces the right of a User acting as a consumer to compensation for any failure by the Publisher to perform any of its obligations, and the Publisher's liability is never limited in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.
14. Suspension and termination
The Publisher may suspend or delete access, an account, or stored projects in the event of a breach of these Terms or the Terms of Sale, or of abusive use, without prejudice to any legal action. Where the breach is manifestly serious or unlawful, that measure may be taken immediately and without notice. In every other case, the Publisher gives the User prior notice and a reasonable period, of at least fourteen days, to put an end to the breach, and the User may contest the measure through the contact form at https://scenivia.com/contact. The User may stop using the Service and, where applicable, cancel their subscription at any time from their account; access ends on the terms set out in the Terms of Sale.
15. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with the Service is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Where the User is a consumer habitually resident in another country of the European Union, that choice does not deprive them of the protection of the provisions of the law of their country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement. Any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts under ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
