Partner Terms
These Partner Terms govern the Scenivia Partner programme: the commission a selected creator earns on the subscriptions they bring in, and how it is calculated, held and paid. They are accepted when the partner account is activated, by Scenivia or at the invited partner's first sign-in, and the version accepted is recorded on that account.

They complete, and do not replace, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Where the Partner programme is concerned, they prevail.

1. Admission to the programme
The programme is by selection. Scenivia opens a partner account by hand and there is no self-service sign-up. Being admitted grants no exclusivity, no territory and no minimum volume, and creates no employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. The partner acts in their own name and is responsible for their own tax and social declarations.
2. Attribution
A partner receives a personal link and, when Scenivia grants their audience a discount, a promotion code that is separate from the link. A customer is attributed to the partner as follows:
- First click wins. A visitor already attributed to one partner is not moved by a later click on another partner's link.
- A click attributes for 30 days. Once an account has been tied to a partner, that attribution is durable and survives the 30 days.
- An account whose subscription was already running before the click is never re-attributed. Attribution applies to a subscription started after it.
- Attribution is recorded on Scenivia's own servers and does not depend on any analytics tool or on the visitor accepting analytics cookies.
- A customer who enters the partner's promotion code at checkout is attributed to the partner too, under the same rules. The code gives a discount on the first payment of a customer who has never paid before; its percentage is set by Scenivia for each partner and given with the code.
3. Commission
The commission is a percentage of the amount actually collected on each subscription payment of an attributed customer: net of tax, after any discount or proration, and after payment-processing fees. It is never calculated on a catalogue price. The applicable percentage is the one stated in the partner's invitation or activation email and shown on their dashboard.
The percentage is fixed for each customer at the moment that customer is attributed. A later change to a partner's rate applies to customers attributed after the change and leaves existing ones untouched.
The commission is recurring for as long as the customer relationship lasts, with no ceiling and no end date. It resumes if a customer cancels and subscribes again, and it covers later subscriptions of the same attributed account.
4. What earns nothing
No commission is due on:
- credit packs and any other one-off purchase;
- a payment that is refunded, voided or lost to a chargeback;
- the partner's own account, or any account the partner controls;
- a subscription obtained through spam, paid search on Scenivia's brand terms, misleading claims, incentivised or automated traffic, or any breach of the Terms of Use.
Each commission is recorded in a ledger. Amounts are held in the currency they settled in and are not converted when the commission is calculated.
5. Holding period and reversals
A commission is pending for a holding period of 5 days before it becomes available. Available means eligible for payment, never that money has been sent.
If the underlying payment is refunded or a chargeback is lost, the commission is reversed by an equal and opposite entry. An open dispute places the commission on hold until it is resolved: won releases the hold, lost reverses the commission. A commission reversed after it has already been paid becomes a negative balance, which is cleared by later commissions. Scenivia never debits a partner's bank account.
6. Payment
Payment is never automatic. Scenivia releases an available balance explicitly. There is no minimum and no maximum amount.
Payment requires the identity and, where applicable, tax verifications the law imposes on Scenivia to be complete. Commissions continue to accrue while those checks are outstanding; only the payment waits. No payment is made while the available balance is zero or negative.
Payment is made to the payout method the partner has provided, by bank transfer or through Scenivia's payment provider. The partner is responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any tax due on the amounts received.
7. Fraud review
A commission that our controls flag as suspicious is placed under review and is not payable until it has been examined.
Scenivia may withhold a commission it can show to be the product of fraud, of a breach of these terms, or of traffic the partner did not genuinely originate. The partner is told when this happens and may contest it.
8. The Creator plan
An active partner holds the Creator plan at no cost for as long as they remain active. It is granted as a programme benefit and is not a paid subscription.
It does not stack with a paid plan: a partner who pays for a higher plan is billed for that plan alone, and cancelling it falls back to the free Creator plan.
9. Data and confidentiality
A partner never receives personal data about the customers attributed to them. Their dashboard shows aggregates and anonymous financial rows only: no name, no email address, no payment identifier, no IP address.
The programme's own figures, the commercial terms and any non-public information exchanged in the course of it are confidential.
10. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the partnership at any time, by writing to the other. Termination stops new attributions and new commissions. Commissions already earned and not reversed remain payable, subject to the checks and the holding period above.
Scenivia may suspend a partner immediately in the event of fraud, of a breach of these terms or of the Terms of Use. A suspension stops new attributions and new commissions and does not erase the history already recorded.
A partner who is suspended, or invited and never activated, and who has no attribution, no commission and no payment may be removed from the programme by Scenivia. Their Scenivia account is kept and becomes an ordinary account again.
11. Changes, law and jurisdiction
These terms are versioned. A new version is published on this page and applies to a partner once they accept it; until then, the version they accepted keeps applying. The version each partner accepted, and the date, are recorded. These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the courts having jurisdiction.
